Butterwick Hospice Care is the largest independent Hospice serving the areas of the Tees Valley, County Durham, North Yorkshire and Wearside. Butterwick Hospice is a registered Charity which exists to freely provide specialist pain, symptom control, complementary therapies, counselling and bereavement care to adults and children suffering from life limiting illnesses. The Charity also freely provides supportive services to patients’ families and friends.
