Hertel UK Ltd

Hertel was founded on 1 August 1895 in Amsterdam by Alexander C L Hertel, he started an enterprise specialising in the production of insulation material.
The company very soon acquired a good name as a reliable and quality-conscious supplier for shipyards in Northern Europe. In 1912 Hertel became a private limited company.
Because in the last century the company repeatedly stepped early into new markets and the needs of the customer on the one hand and into innovative technological developments on the other, the company was able to keep going through two world wars, a serious time of crisis and various periods of economic decline.
In the twenty first century Hertel became a substantial, international enterprise in industrial maintenance and support services and production & trade.
