Butterwick Golf Classic 2009
£13,000 was raised for the Hospice during Butterwick's first Golf Classic at Rockliffe Hall in September 2009. 
John McGee, Managing Director of Resilient Power Solutions day suddenly became much more interesting after hitting a ‘hole in one’ and winning a new Jaguar.
Paul Thursby of Stratstone Jaguar, Tyne & Wear was delighted to be involved with providing a first class Jaguar to be offered as a winning prize for the winner of the 'Hole in One'.
Resilient Power Solutions, John McGee, Managing Director who regularly takes part in fundraising events for the Hospice. Especially the London Marathon and the Great North Run recently became aware of Butterwick’s Corporate Partnerships and agreed immediately to sign up to become a Corporate Supporter with a view to becoming a Corporate Partner in 2010.

Semta are the Butterwick Golf Classic 2009 Winners!
In 2009 Butterwick held it's first Golf Classic Tournament at Rockliffe Hall, Hurworth on Tees. Local companies made up the twenty teams playing to win the first Butterwick Golf Classic Trophy.
Semta were the winning team and were presented with replicas of the winning trophy which will take pride of place in Butterwick's Seminar Room until next year.
The day's golf was followed by dinner and Paul Frost's entertaining after dinner speech which was enjoyed by everyone.
